Individualized Care
Each client has their own unique set of skills and challenges, and your child's program will be designed with that in mind. We'll collaborate with you to incorporate your needs and goals while keeping your child's strengths in-focus to reach milestones that matter!
Qualified Clinical Team
Your treatment team will include two types of credentialed clinical professionals, BCBAs and RBTs. The BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) will design your child's program with your input and collaboration, and the RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians) will come to you to provide ABA services. Their work is supervised and your child's progress is monitored by our BCBAs.
1-on-1 Sessions
Your child's Behavior Technician will work 1:1 with them in your home following the treatment plan prescribed by the BCBA. This individualized attention and support promotes focused treatment, and sessions are both fun and filled with opportunities to learn!
Natural Environment
Natural Environment Teaching (NET) includes a mixture of play and structured teaching, and is perfect for home-based ABA Therapy. This method allows your child's treatment team to capture the individual motivations and interests of your child to maximize the fun and results!
Skill Building
ABA Therapy is clinically proven to improve deficits in socialization, communication, learning, and self-help that affect one's day-to-day life and independence. Your child will develop essential skills that matter, and learn at their own pace. We help with:
-
Functional language & communication
-
Interacting with others
-
Participating in the community
-
Completing self-care and daily living activities
-
Adaptive living skills
-
Academic engagement, &
-
Other essential forms of learning
Behavior Management
Sometimes behaviors are disruptive, pervasive, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate. We call these “behavior excesses," and use that term to describe the things a person says or does that are non-functional, happening too often/not enough, or happening in the wrong environment/setting.
Our programs pinpoint the reasons why such behaviors occur, and use reinforcement strategies to reduce behavior excesses. The results are increased motivation toward functional and adaptive behaviors, and improved overall wellbeing!
Progress You Can Measure
Collecting accurate data throughout each session is essential to ensure that we're meeting our clients where they are, and giving them the best opportunity to reach treatment goals, milestones, and make meaningful change that matters. Our therapists record data throughout each session using tablets and a HIPAA-compliant web-based ABA data collection platform. Each data point collected is tracked to measure progress over time, and this information informs all future treatment decisions.
You'll have access to your child’s clinical data, and can expect regular meetings with your BCBA to discuss the development of your child's program.
Parent Training & Education
YOU are the most important part of your child’s development, and at Kadiant, you're part of the team. We create our programs to specifically meet your child’s needs, skills, and potential, and we will work together to make those programs successful.
Your treatment team will support you with dedicated parent training, education, and resources. We'll teach you strategies to reinforce your child's new skills in their day-to-day life outside of the therapy setting, and together we'll achieve life-changing outcomes.
